Step 1

Create the tenant account

Start at sign-up, accept the legal terms, and set the admin password from the secure setup link before handing anything to staff.

Open admin and set tenant defaults

Use admin settings to confirm the tenant profile, alert recipients, timezone, units, and billing/contact details before rollout.

Step 3

Install the crew app on phones or tablets

Open the crew app, install it to the home screen, and confirm that the restaurant bundles and offline shell cache locally.

Step 4

Load restaurants and operating content

Use builder or the existing manifests to publish restaurant content, then confirm it appears in the crew app and exports correctly.

Step 5

Verify exports, alerts, and support surfaces

Test View Logs exports, send one push or email notification, and make sure staff know where the manual, FAQ, and help desk live.
